xigncode3 can't load

today my xigncode3 can't load, i try to restart my modem but it not work, anyone know how to fix?

I know that I will maybe say an obvious one but have you tried restarting your pc? or to deactivate your anti-virus and that the game is in the exceptions of your firewall

i turn off anti virus and firewall already, restart pc still not work

Do you have an error with a code or just a loading block?
the XIGNCODE_GP file must be 30.8 mo in the game directory

I attach you a screen of my file

I could send you my Xigncode _gp file in case there is a difference

fixed it, after deleted CIF folder the xigncode run normal again

Sensitive i know. I use sandboxie , team viewer , and 3 Vpns and this error stopped after disabling all of them. If you are still getting this error then i advise the following

~ Scan your pc for OTHER viruses and trojans
~ run CCleaner
~ Delete the xigncode.log (if it exists) and try again
~ For those with the listed anti viruses , you will have to disable your
antivirus :/
~ Delete all files in the temp files folder ( to do this, open "Run" window, type %temp%, click okay and you will get your temp files folder).
