No event manager npc or breena.

There are no options at all at the event manager or breena.
Cannot exchange sky weapon ticket or create mana crafter/whisperer.
I do not understand how to enable them, is there a file that I need to replace?

go on ennor and aside of breena npc can exchange that skyweapon
the mana crafter is disable in here.. only devs can activate that again

I can't exchange it even in ennor, there is nothing at this NPC

Yes they did, for no reason at all, also I don't think we will ever get the Dragon update... The staff is not very active unfortunately...
