Already done that and still had that error.
I have found the fix. It seems that C9.exe is being treated as a virus of the Windows Defender that's why it's not locating the exe file. It needs to be whitelisted.
Yes, Windows Defender quarantined the file because it treated the C9.exe as a trojan virus.
But I already fixed it
I think it's a good idea to upload a separate c9auncher for everyone who needs it.

Nop with my machine is all ok(EN US) but theres something to do with ICSharpCode.SharpZipLib.dll
