where is the x1000 EXP?

i was so happy when see this private server with x1000 exp

but when i download game and make an account and login

i see exp so bad like official server

Yeah Before This 20th September It Was x1000 Exp

Now Getting Lowest Exp and New Char didnt Get 57 Lvl Chest Which Include +15 & +18 Gear
