Issue with the Event NPC Raleigh

Hello admins, just to let you know that Event NPC Raleigh has no options at all like to exchange Mana Crafter and Whisperer boxes, so those character can't be created. Thank you.

That's what I was looking at, at least if I'm looking to play with whisperer, I hope they add the boxes soon.
