I can't get out of ensilrot to give rebirth in waterford. The count of seconds resets and I continue in ensilrot.

I was lvl 76 in waterford, gave disconect and I appeared in ensilrot and I can no longer change map.

Try to relog with your character, only Ensilrot ch 1 is working and only Waterford ch 2 is actually working, try to use those channels.

I tried to relog, delete the c9 folder from my documents and still I get stuck, I thought it was because of the class change, but I created another char and nothing changed, I'm still stuck there

well, its really strange because for me the server is working perfectly between continents, I'm just aware about which channels are working all the time, report it in technical issues forum.
